A recipient reported receiving the same message 30 times: how can that happen?

Our system's architecture prevents a message from being sent to the same address twice. When this happens, it is very likely that it is a matter of configuration of the recipient's mail provider or an issue with the recipient's email client.

To start, ask the recipient to contact their mail service provider and report the issue. If this is a corporate email account, he/she should contact the network administrator.

All in all, it is extremely unlikely that this is an issue with our system.
