The system will automatically provide you with some tips and recommendations to improve your reputation and deliverability. When you log into the system, click on the reputation chart to see a list of recommendations. The chart is displayed only if the last mailing was sent to over 1,000 recipients. If the chart is not shown, make sure that the feature is active by visiting
Manage > Access Permissions > Special Permissions > Display Reputation Chart.
Among the recommendations that are typically given to improve your deliverability is to configure your SPF records for SPF and SenderID authentication.
