When you want to unsubscribe multiple recipients at the same time, the IMPORT feature provides an easy way to do so.
  1. Log into your management console
  2. In the left side navigation, select RECIPIENTS > IMPORT
  3. Select the import type. If you need more information on how to import recipients into the system, click here.
  4. When you get to a screen that allows you to select ADVANCED OPTIONS, click on that button and select IMPORT AS UNSUBSCRIBED (OPT-OUT) 
  5. Complete the import procedure: the addresses will appear under Recipients > Unsubscribed.
